Kona Business Center offers a variety of services to meet most all of your needs. We offer the widest range of cardstock and paper colors on the island! Here is a list of our most commonly requested services:

Copies: B&W and Color: Self Service or Full Service.
Make copies while you wait! Or have us do your copies for the same price. You don’t pay extra for full service at Kona Business Center. Either way, get your work done when you need it.

For faster service and better quality, send your files electronically. Use our Upload Form. Kona Business Center can work with any file produced with Microsoft Word, Excel, or PowerPoint. We have Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and Acrobat. Have a Quark file? No problem. We can even handle WordPerfect files.

With three color copiers at speeds up to to 50 copies per minute & four B&W copiers at speeds up to 95 copies per minute, we can handle any job, big or small. And with enhanced finishing capability, we can produce single or double sided copies, index tabs, and booklets folded and saddle stapled to your specifications.
Business Cards (in as little as one day!): We produce most business cards in house. Why is that important for you? You can see a sample before they are produced. And you don’t have to pay,or wait, for shipping of business cards produced at Kona Business Center. Or, if you like, we can order thermographic (raised letter) business cards in many styles and colors.
Bindery & Finishing Service: KBC offers a full array of bindery service including:

Lamination: Protect your work for a long time with laminations from business card sizes up to 36 inch wide laminations.
Internet Access: With four personal computers, you can access the world wide web at any time. And don’t worry about printing your work or even your boarding passes. Just click to print to any one of 5 copiers in either B&W or color. Unlike other business centers, we don’t charge extra for printing from the computer. In addition, you can do your own typesetting or graphic design here.
Labels: Do you need special labels? Maybe coffee package labels? We can do it, in sizes from small to large. We can print labels up to 8 ½ inches by 11 inches or larger at economical rates.
Rubber Stamps: Do you need a rubber stamp fast? We can do it, in three sizes and in black, red, blue, or green inks. We also can order special rubber stamps, such as dating stamps or curved (not flat) image stamps.
Carbonless Forms: Do you need a carbonless form? We can do it, in 2, 3 or 4-part formats in any size you choose up to legal size. Use each of the colors (white, canary, pink, goldenrod) to make form organization and retention easier for you and your customers.
Typesetting: We offer typing and graphic artist capability at a reasonable cost. Once created, all you need to do is call and your job can be quickly delivered to your door when produced.
Foam Core: KBC can mount on Foam Core. Display your photos with confidence and style.
Banners & Large Format: We can print banners in full color on vinyl with grommets. On paper, choose between color or black and white. Need to print an extra large poster, or display materials? Give us a call! We can print extra large materials in no time!
Fax Services: Fax anywhere in the world while you wait. How much easier can it be?
Mailboxes: Mailboxes have 24-hour access and can receive Fedex and UPS shipments!
Shipping via FedEx, USPS: Pack and ship items anywhere in the world with FedEx or USPS shipping. With our full-service packing, all you need to do is drop off your items and we’ll do the rest. You’ll be surprised how economical shipping from Hawaii can be!
